All-Inspired Wellness' Fit for Fall Program is BACK for a third year in a row! The past two years, our participants saw amazing results in just a few short weeks, so we cannot wait to start another round October 14th! This year we've added a couple elements to help make your transformation easier and the results even stronger! (If you participated in other All-Inspired Wellness programs in the past and are interested in another reset this fall- there are over 20 new recipes and lots of additional material to help you continue building on your healthy lifestyle!)
Throughout 40 days we will be modifying our eating behaviors, transforming our mindset around food, and improving our activity levels for effective, life-long change. The best part is, you don't have to be local to participate in the challenge! All of the material will be provided to you online, so you can start transforming your lifestyle anytime, anywhere!
